散装水泥罐装粉尘防治与绿色施工

分析了水泥粉尘污染产生的途径,在排气、出料口、罐体下方支架段、运料小斗车四个部位施行了散装水泥粉尘不同的防尘施工工艺,基本达到了控制散装水泥罐装过程、施工放料以及运输途中扬尘污染的目的,在项目管理上支撑绿色施工、保护大气环境等领域都有广泛的应用前景。

The paper analyzes the channels for the cement dust pollution, implements various dust prevention crafts of the bulk cement at four parts, including the air exhaust, discharge hole, lower support of bulks and small hopper for material transportation, meets the demands for controlling the dust pollution in the bulking process of cement, construction discharge, and transportation, so it has extensive application future in supporting the green construction and protecting the atmosphere.
