摘要
结合310国道东海段养护大中修工程,对水泥稳定碎石基层振动压实法进行了配合比设计,采用了抗裂嵌挤型级配,从原材料、施工重点工序方面进行了控制,结果表明:采用抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石基层施工减少了基层裂缝的产生,有效地提高了路用性能。
Combining with the 310 national highway Donghai section maintenance and medium repair works, this paper made ratio design to cement stabilized macadam base vibration compaction method, using crack resistance and crack type gradation, from raw materials, construction key process made control, the results showed that: using crack resistance and crack type cement stable macadam base construction reduced the production of base cracks, effectively improved the road performance.
