摘要
通过分析工程监理的重要性,对目前工程监理存在的问题进行了研究,提出了加强现场监理、落实旁站制度、注意动态监管、提高监理人员素质等监理质量控制策略,以充分发挥监理的作用,确保工程质量目标的达成。
Through the analysis on the importance of engineering supervision, this paper researched the existing problems in present supervision, put forward strengthen on-site supervision, implementation of side system, pay attention to dynamic supervision, improvement of the supervision personnel quality and supervision and quality control strategies, to give full play to the supervision role, ensured the engineering quality target.
