According to the indication of the necessity for the construction management of the high-rise engineering projects, the paper illustrates the technical management, logistical management, personnel management and construction alteration management involved in the projects, so as to enhance the management in all steps of architectural construction and enhance the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the industry.
