主要就工程总承包模式下工程造价的管理手段与管理模式进行了研究,并阐述了总承包模式下工程造价管理的特点,对该模式的造价管理提出了一点建议,以加强造价管理,实现经济效益的最大化。

This paper mainly researched the management mean and management mode of engineering cost under general contracting mode, and described the characteristics of engineering cost management under general contracting mode, and put forward some suggestions to the cost management of the mode, to strengthen the cost management, achieved the maximization of economic benefits.
