提升高校青年教师教育教学能力的研究

A Research on the Improvement of the Educational Teaching Ability of Young University Teachers

教学质量既是高等教育的生命线,也是高等教育改革发展的主攻方向。青年教师的教育教学素养是决定高校教学质量高低的关键因素。但他们中的大部分人普遍存在教学经验不足、教学技能不熟、职业素养不够、教学能力结构失衡等问题,因而提升高校青年教师教育教学能力就成为高校与青年教师要面对的共同课题。

The core of higher education is educational quality, the improvement of which is the most important aim of higher education reforms. While education quality is primarily related to the teaching quality of teachers, the reality is that most young teachers at colleges and universities cannot provide effective quality teaching as they are lack of teaching experiences and skills. Therefore, how to improve young teachers＇ professional competence is a pressing issue currently facing higher education institutions as well as beginning teachers.
