维生素D与神经系统疾病和精神疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年研究发现,维生素D(vitamin D)可作为一种多能激素参与调节细胞増殖、分化及凋亡,在脑部发育及其功能维持、血压调节、胰岛素分泌、免疫细胞分化及免疫反应调节等方面发挥着重要作用。此外,维生素D还参与多种神经系统疾病和精神疾病的病理生理过程,并在多种中枢神经系统疾病的发生和发展中占有重要地位。但目前来说,尚无充足的临床证据证明维生素D补充疗法可以治疗神经系统疾病和精神疾病,现有研究得到的结果及结论并不乐观,仍有待更严格、更合理的临床试验来更好地评估维生素D与神经系统疾病和精神疾病的关系。
