高校体育选项课的思考

On the optional sports courses in colleges and universities

运用文献资料、开放式访谈、观察法对高校体育选项课存在的实际操作不当的问题进行分析研究,指出在学校体育目标的指导下要制订切实可行的体育课程操作指南,包括:减少选择项目种类;一次选项;缩减技术广度,拓展技术深度,并针对选项课课前的准备、课程规范、课程考评等方面遇到的问题提出解决方法.

By means of literature,open interviews and observation of optional sports classes,this paper analyzes the improper operations and points out that practical operational guidelines should be developed under the guidance of the physical education curriculum,including reducing options to only one option,narrowing technical breadth and expanding technical depth,as well as putting forward some solutions for preparation before class,curriculum standards and curriculum assessment.
