从研究生和导师关系探析研究生培养质量

Analysis on the training quality of graduate students induced by the relationship between postgraduates and their mentors

师生关系是影响研究生培养质量的重要方面,随着我国研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生培养中的一些问题逐渐显现出来.本文仅从研究生导师与学生的关系方面对相关问题进行分析和探讨,并提出一些改进师生关系的建议.

The relationship between postgraduates and their mentors plays an important role in postgraduates training. With the expending enrollment of postgraduates in China,some problems emerge gradually. In this study,these problems are analyzed and discussed from the point of the relationship between postgraduates and their mentors. Furthermore,some suggestions are put forward to improve the relationship between postgraduates and their mentors. Hopefully,the suggestions will provide a reference for improving the training quality of postgraduates.
