摘要
领导方式的选择对于科研团队创新绩效至关重要。有的学者认为变革型领导更有利于科研团队的创新,有的学者认为交易型领导也能促进科研团队的创新,他们都忽视了科研团队中不同角色和不同任务阶段的下属成熟度对领导方式的影响。基于科研团队角色和科研活动阶段情景,采取适宜的领导方式,能更好地激发科研团队成员的积极性和潜能,从而提升科研团队的创新绩效。
Leadership style is vital to the innovation performance of scientific research team.Some scholars believe that transformational leadership is more conducive to the innovation of scientific research team, and some scholars believe that transactional leadership has the same effect.They all neglected the influence of the subordinates matu-rity.Based on different team roles and different team task stages on leadership, appropriate leadership styles should be adopted, which stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of scientific research team members so as to enhance the research team innovation performance.
