摘要
本文针对苏州地区微电子技术产业快速发展对高技能人才的重大需求,阐述了以培养微电子专业高技能人才为目标的、体现"工学结合"和"多元融合"特色的微电子技术专业实践教学体系的构建内容、措施、创新点及推广实践方式。
For microelectronics industry rapid development in Suzhou, there are a lot of demand for highly skilled employees. Paper expounds practice teaching system construction content, measures, innovations and practices. The system is to cultivate microelectronics professional skills as the goal, and has working and learning combination, muhi-cultural characteristics.
