摘要
本文运用自编调查问卷,对西安地区十所高校588名大学生进行了关于心理健康教育实效性的调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析。结果发现:大学生的心理健康教育在高校已经普遍开展;心理健康教育的效果受到大学生的普遍认同;心理健康教育对大学生的心理成长起到了促进作用;目前大学生心理健康教育远远没有满足大学生成长的需要;大学生心理健康教育现状与实效性评价受性别、年级、专业因素的影响。本文根据调查结果提出了进一步提高大学生心理健康教育实效性的五项措施。
By using a self-designed questionnaire, the auther researched the timeliness of mental health education on 588 undergraduates in 10 universities in Xi'an and analysed the results statistically. It found that mental health education has been running well in those universities; the effects have been accepts by the university students; men- tal health education did enhance the students' psychological development; the current education is far from meeting the students' needs; the status quo and and the timeliness of undergraduate metal health education has been influ- enced by genders, grades, and majors they are taking. According to the research results, the author puts forward five countermeasures for further updating.
