积极心理学视域下贫困大学生就业竞争力的调查和提升研究

贫困大学生就业难的问题,已经成为社会关注的焦点。文章采用问卷调查法以了解贫困大学生的就业竞争力现状。基于积极心理学理论视角,提出提升贫困大学生就业竞争力的一些途径。

The problerm of impoverished college student hard to obtain employment becomes the focus of public attention. This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the present situation of employment competitiveness of impoverished college students. Base on the theory of positive psychology, this paper puts forward some sugg estions to promote the employment competitiveness of impoverished college students.
