摘要
为培养更加全面的烹饪专业的双语人才,提高高职高专烹饪英语教学的有效性,笔者选取广州市某高等职业院校公共营养与健康管理专业的学生为研究对象,对其烹饪专业学生的英语课堂进行调查研究。研究收集了学习者对于该课程的课堂活动反馈,笔者根据相应的反馈结果,对高职高专烹饪英语课堂进行反思并提出了相应的建议。
Aiming to cultivate a better bilingual talent and have a more effective English class for college stu- dents of culinary major, this thesis chooses to do a survey about the effectiveness of Cooking English class. In order to understand students' needs of Cooking English class and do class reflection, a questionnaire was sent to a class who studies culinary arts in one college of Guangzhou. Based on the collected results, several suggestions were given to improve English teaching efficiency.
