学生工作视角下对高职院校学风建设问题的探究

当前高职院校中存在着一些不良的风气,本文对于近年来高职院校学风的现状及特点做简要的分析,并探讨了导致不良风气的原因。最后提出关于培养学生动机、通过辅导加强学生专业素养以及让学生自己参与到学风建设中去几点措施,来纠正院校中的不良风气,促进学风建设。

There are some unhealthy trends in the higher vocational colleges, this article makes a brief analysis on the current situation and characteristics of the vocational colleges in recent years, and discusses the reasons for the bad atmosphere. Finally on cultivating students＇ motivation, through counseling to strengthen students＇professional quality and let students toparticipate in the construction of style of study to some measures, to correct the bad atmosphere in Colleges and universities, promote the construction of the style of study.
