河南省普通高校本科专业结构的现状、问题及对策研究

通过对河南省普通高校本科专业结构的深入调查,发现52所本科高校中普遍存在着专业设置重复,雷同现象严重;专业盲目设置,新增专业缺乏前瞻性;专业结构与河南省经济社会发展的适应性不强;学科与专业建设不平衡,专业水平较低等问题。因此,在对河南省本科专业进行调整时,高校要合理定位,制定科学的专业发展规划;根据经济社会发展需要,调整专业结构布局;加强专业内涵建设,提升专业水平;建立动态的专业结构调整机制。此外,政府也要应充分发挥其宏观调控的职能。

By deeply investigating o the specialty structure of undergraduate universities in Henan province, some common problems are found in 52 undergraduate universities. For example, assimilation of the specialty setting is seri- ous. The specialty setting is blind, and many new specialties lack perceptiveness. The specialty structure is not adapt- able to the economic and social development of Henan province. Construction between discipline and specialty is not balanced, and the development of specialties is not very good. Therefore, it is very necessary to adjust and optimize the specialty structure of undergraduate universities in Henan province. In the process, universities should orientate accu- rately and make a scientific planning about speeialty development; adjust the specialty structure according to the needs of economic and social development; strengthen connotation construction of the specialties to improve their levels; estab- lish a dynamic mechanism to adjust specialty structure. Besides, the government should also make full use of its macro-control functions.
