现代学徒制视野下高职院校兼职教师专业化的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 现代学徒制下如何进行师资队伍建设,是当前高职院校面临的一个亟待解决的难题。做到兼职教师的"专业化",给予兼职教师与专任教师同等地位和待遇,是师资队伍建设的趋势。校企双方通过共建实训基地、双主体学院、竞技平台、培训中心,为兼职教师专业化创造条件;通过建立"双岗双聘"用人制度,建立教学运行与质量评价体系以及发挥高职院校教师发展中心职能等途径,可有效提升兼职教师专业化水平。 Under the modern apprenticeship system, how to make the construction of teachers is an urgent prob- lem to be solved in the higher vocational colleges. To realize the specialization of 'the part-time teachers, and give equal status and treatment for part-time teachers and full-time teachers, is the trend of the construction of teachers team. College and enterprise through the construction of training base, the double main college, competitive platform, training center, to create conditions for the professionalization of part-time teachers; through the establishment of"dou- ble duty double hired" system, the establishment of teaching operation and quality evaluation system and the exertion of the teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges Development Center functions, can effectively enhance the part-time teachers' professional level.
