我国基础教育教师招聘理论研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国教育方针指导下,基础教育是九年义务教育乃至终身教育体系中的基础,可以说,基础教育阶段的教育质量决定了整个民族的教育水平。基础教育教师在是一线教育岗位的坚实力量,因此甄选优秀的基础教育教师是一个严肃并且需要认真对待的工作。它关系到整个教师团队、学校竞争力和民族战斗力。当前我国的教师招聘体系正在逐步调整,以找到更适合教师进入到行业的途径。因而,需要教师招聘理论来指导教师招聘。 In China under the guidance of the policy for education, basic education is the foundation of the nine- year compulsory education and lifelong education system, it can be said that, the quality of education in basic educa- tion stage determines the educational level of the whole nation. Basic education teachers in the first line of education, the solid strength, so the selection of outstanding basic education teachers is a serious and need to be taken seriously. It is related to the whole team of teachers, school competition and national fighting force. At present our country's teacher recruitment system is gradually adjust, in order to find more suitable for teachers to enter the industry. There- fore, the need for teachers to recruit theory to guide teachers.
