On Construction of Modern Comprehensive Transportation System in Eastern Coastal Provinces——Taking Shandong and Zhejiang Provinces as Examples

以鲁浙两省"十三五"交通发展规划为主题,分析鲁浙两省交通行业发展现状及国家当前的发展计划为交通行业创造的发展机遇,提出以"立体、多元、无缝"为主要特征的现代综合交通运输体系的建设构想,并对综合交通运输体系建设的基本内容及实施方法进行详细的论述,明确提出了鲁浙两省"十三五"交通发展规划的主题和核心内容。

Aiming at the goal of the ＂Thirteen Five-Year＂ transportation development planning in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces, this paper analyzes the development opportunities of transportation enterprises based on the current situations of transportation enterprises in these two provinces and present national development plans. Firstly, it presents the construction conception of modern comprehensive transportation system mainly characterized by the ＂multi-level, diversification and seamlessness＇. Then, it discusses the basic contents and implementation methods of the construction of comprehensive transportation system. Finally, it proposes the main subject and nuclear content of the ＂Thirteen Five-Year＂ transportation development planning in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces.
