摘要 分析辐条式土压平衡盾构在穿越全断面无水砂卵砾石层施工中刀具严重磨损的原因,提出拆除滚刀并对刀具进行改造以及按分层切削设计原理对刀具进行重新配置的思路。从刀具改造的总体思路、刀具改造前后对比分析和改造后掘进效果的对比等方面进行研究。结果表明:改造后的刀具以及按分层切削设计原理配置的刀具有很好的切削效果,为地铁无水砂卵石地层盾构施工刀具改造和配置提供了一种新方法。 This paper analyzes the causes of severe tool wear in the construction of the spoke type of earth pressure balance (EPB) shield crossing the fracture surface of waterless sandy gravel layer. Then, it presents the idea that the hobs are removed, the tools are transformed and also reconfigured according to the design principles of the cutting layer. Furthermore, it also studies the general idea of tool transformation, the comparative analysis before and after the tool transformation and the contrast of the excavation effect after the transformation. It is concluded that it is feasible to transform and configure the tools. The results show that the transformed tools and the tools configured according to the hierarchical cutting design principle have good cutting effects. The paper provides a new method for the transformation and configuration of the construction tools of waterless sandy pebble earth pressure balance shield of subways.
