摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对150 t/h生物燃料锅炉中无加强型式等径焊接三通在承受内压情况下的应力进行计算和分析,得到不同焊缝补强高度情况下该三通模型的应力分布规律,为焊接三通生产中选取最佳焊缝补强高度,保证三通的安全使用提供理论依据。
The operation condition of the welding straight tee for the 150 t/h biomass fuel boiler is complicated, which has higher requirements for the traditional welding tee process. As a result, this paper applies the ANSYS to calculate and analyze the stress of the non-reinforced welding straight tee under the conditions of bearing the internal pressure, and acquire the stress distribution laws of this tee model under different weld reinforcement heights, which provides the theoretical basis for the selection of the optimal weld reinforcement height to guarantee the safe use of the tee during the welding tee production.
