浅析临沂市兰山区“多规合一”

Analysis on “Multiple Planning Integration”in Lanshan District of Linyi City

目前,在我国以土地利用总体规划、城乡规划、经济社会发展规划为主体的各项规划间存在矛盾冲突,严重制约了地方经济的发展。该文通过阐述临沂市兰山区"多规合一"面临的问题,系统分析了各规划的现状和衔接情况,结合兰山区实际,提出了相应的对策建议,对当前正在开展的"多规合一"工作具有较好的参考价值。

At present, there are some contradictions in the various plannings which base on general land use plan , urban comprehensive plan and the social and economic development in our country , which have restricted the de-velopment of local economy .In this paper , through analysis on problems occurred in “multiple planning integra-tion”in Lanshan district of Linyi city , present condition and connection of all plans have been analyzed as well . Combining with practical circumstances in Lanshan district , some suggestions have been put forward to improve“multiple planning integration”.It has some good references for carrying out the project of “multiple planning inte-gration”.
