前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA治疗早期慢性肾病的疗效分析

Effects of alprostadil combined with tanshinone ⅡA on early chronic kidney disease

目的探讨前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA对早期慢性肾病的影响。方法选取2014年1月--2015年1月收治的96例早期慢性肾病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为A、B、C三组,每组32例。A组患者给予前列地尔治疗,B组给予丹参酮ⅡA治疗,C组给予前列地尔和丹参酮ⅡA联合治疗。对3组患者的临床治疗效果进行评价,同时观察并统计3组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率。结果三组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）、血尿酸（UA）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）均有改善,C组最为明显,与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后A组总有效率为81.25%,B组总有效率为87.50%,C组总有效率为96.88%。A组和B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗中A组不良反应总发生率为12.5%,B组为9.375%,C组为9.375%,三组比较不良反应发生率无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论前列地尔联合丹参酮ⅡA对早期慢性肾病疗效显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of alprostadil combined with tanshinone Ⅱ A on early chronic kidney disease. Methods We selected 96 patients of early chronic kidney disease as the research objects, from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into three groups （A, B, C）, each with 32 cases. A group received alprostadil, B group received tanshinone Ⅱ A, and C group received alprostadil combined with tanshinone Ⅱ A, respectively. Then in these 3 groups, we evaluated the clinical therapeutic effects, observed the side effects after treatment and analyzed the incidence rate. Results After treatment of 24h urinary protein, serum creatinine （SCr）, Blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum uric acid （UA）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） were decreased in all 3 groups, moreover, the effects of alprostadil combined with tanshinone 1I A were most significant, with statistically significant difference compared with effect of alprostadil or tanshinone ⅡA （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of A, B, C group was 81.25%, 87.50%, 96.88%, respectively. Compared with A and B group, the total effective rate of C group was higher with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total side effects incidence rate of A, B, C group was 12.5%, 9.375%, 9.375%. There was no significant difference among these 3 groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with tanshinone ⅡA has good curative effect in the treatment of early chronic kidney disease with no alternations in side effects, which is worthy to be clinically promoted and applicated.
