老年糖尿病患者降糖药使用情况及依从性研究

Study on the use of hypoglycemic agents in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨中老年糖尿病患者降糖药物使用的合理性及用药依从性。方法本院近年来共收治老年糖尿病患者442例,并以此作为临床资料,以问卷调查的方式对患者药物的使用情况以及依从性进行研究。结果用药合理的患者275例(62.2%),用药不合理的患者126例(28.5%),未用药的患者41例(9.3%)。结论药剂师在指导老年糖尿病患者用药的过程中,应根据老年患者的病情特点以及相关药物的作用机理正确指导用药。

Objective To investigate the i＇ationality of the use of hypoglycemic agents in clinical and elderly patients with diabetes and the compliance of drug use. Methods A total of 442 elderly patients with diabetes were treated in our hospital in recent years, and took them as clinical data, the use of the drug in the questionnaire and the compliance of the patients were studied. Results 275 cases patients with drug use was reasonable （62.2%）, 126 cases patients under unreasonable use （28.5%）, 41 cases without medication of patients （9.3%） . Conclusion The pharmacist should guide the medication in elderly patients with diabetes, and should be based on the characteristics of the elderly patients and the related drugs..
