格列吡嗪控释片治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of controlled-release formula of glipizide for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者使用格列吡嗪控释片治疗的安全性和有效性。方法选取2013年5月∽2015年3月收治的160例老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,研究组患者使用格列吡嗪控释片治疗,对照组患者使用二甲双胍治疗。结果治疗后,研究组患者的血糖水平明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者在临床疗效总有效率上高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者均没有出现明显不良反应。结论老年2型糖尿病患者使用格列吡嗪控释片治疗取得的临床疗效显著,且较为安全。

Objective To study the effieaey and safety of eontrolled-release formula of glipizide for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods During May 2013 to March 2015, 160 eases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were seleeted, and they were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the study group. All the patients were diagnosed by elinieal examination, the study group were treated with controlled-release formula of glipizide, and the control group were treated with mefformin. Results After treatment, the blood glucose level of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistieally significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The total effeetive rate of the study group was higher than that of the eontrol group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The controlled-release formula of glipizide have a remarkable effect on the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, it is a safe and effective treatment method, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
