全科医生远程教育培训网的建设和信息化培训方式初探

Construction of network platform and mode study for training of general practitioners

全科医学强调以病人为中心、以家庭为单位、以社区为基础、以预防为导向的健康照顾。通过集预防、医疗、保健、康复、健康教育、优生优育等"六位一体"的服务,在有效提高民众健康水平的同时,能获得最佳的卫生成本/健康效益比。为加快全科医生培养步伐,笔者建设了国内首家全科医生远程信息化培训网络平台,该平台包含一个硬件系统-数据分中心,和一个软件系统-全科医生远程继续教育培训网。平台下设有自主学习系统、疾病诊疗系统、在线考试系统、预防保健系统、健康教育系统、心理咨询系统、优生优育系统和在线交流系统8个数据库系统。为与全科医生网络平台培训结合,笔者建设了依托西南医院的全科医学培训基地。培训基地负责模拟培训和科室轮转等环节。其中理论学习以网络培训为主,实践教学以基地培训为主。通过创建和应用虚拟网络结合实体基地的全科医生立体化培训模式,开展了全科医生岗位培训项目。已举办军队全科医生岗位培训班5期,培训人员500余名,有效缓解了部队全科医师岗位急需与培养周期较长的矛盾。随着全科医生远程信息化培训体系的进一步建设和发展,预计本平台将成为全科医生的终身教育充电站,名医名家的大讲堂,公众的健康顾问,患者的导医平台。从而成为行业需要、公众需要、社会需要的国内卫生与健康领域的实用网络平台之一。

General practice emphasizes the patient-centered, family-oriented, community-based and prevention-oriented health care. When people＇ s health was effectively improved,the best cost-effectiveness of the medical service and health benefits would be obtained by the ＂six-in-one＂ service which is consisted of the prevention, medical treatment, care, reha- bilitation,health education and maternity. To accelerate the training of GPs, we built the first information platform which consisted of the entity-datacenter of hardware and the software systems on the online education training network for GPs. The eight database systems including the autonomous learning, disease diagnosis and treatment, online examination, preventive health care, health education, counseling, maternity and online communication were constructed. We have built a general practice training base in our Xinan hospital to cooperate with online training for GPs. The training base would be responsible for the simulated training and departmental rotation, where the theory learning is largely based on the network training and the practical teaching is based on the hospital training. The GP job training program has been carried out by us using online training combined with bases training. The 5 semesters for army GP job training were fished and more than 500 doctors had been trained. Therefore, the conflict between the need for army GPs and the longer periods of training cy- cle may be effectively alleviated. Along with the further development of the online training system, our platform would be expected to become the lifelong education station forGPs, the lecture hall for famous doctors, the health consultants for the people and the medical guide for patients. Thereby,it would become a professional network platform to meet the needs of the public health and the society.
