大型煤炭企业集团企业级风险管理体系建设研究和实践

Research and Practice of Enterprise-level Risk Management Architecture for Large-scale Coal Enterprise Group

针对大型煤炭企业集团的管理实际和业务特点,研究和设计了企业风险管理的业务架构和实施架构,基于管理架构优化设计了多层级风险管控工作的主要业务流程,并对风险管理系统的实施范围和风险库管理、风险评估、风险应对、风险监控等各阶段的信息化系统用例进行了深入研究。阐释了风险管理研究在集团公司构建企业级风险管理体系中的实践和应用,对其他大型企业集团切实开展和提升风险管理工作具有借鉴意义。

The business architecture and organizational structure of risk management are analyzedand designed for large-scale coal enterprise group, and on this basis, the optimized elementary workflow of multi-level risk control are developed. The implementation scope of risk management systemand main system use cases of risk database, risk evaluation, risk response plan and risk monitoring aredeeply studied. The practice of Shenhua Group is introduced based on risk management research,which is very beneficial to the other group enterprises.
