春节作为弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化和传承中华传统美德的重要载体,蕴含着中华文化的深邃智慧和丰富情感,也面临着存续困境,其现代转型势所必然。要坚持与现代生产生活方式相适应、与社会主义核心价值观相一致、以各民族普遍认可和海内外华人认同为底线等现代价值标准,有效发掘春节促进人际关系和谐、展现个人才艺与价值、个人情感宣泄与升华等积极作用,借助春节自身演变动力,积极引导民间风俗流变,从时间和空间层面拓展春节功能。

The Spring Festival as the carrier of carrying forward the excellent cultural tradition otthe Chinese nation and in heriting the Chinese virtue, is facing the existent plight, contains theprofound wisdom of the Chinese culture and rich emotions, which is in urgent need of modern reform.It is needed to insist the following modern value standards： be adapted to the modern production andlife style,be conformed to the socialist core values and be based on the recognitions of all nations andethnic Chinese at home and abroad. And to find out some positive functions, for example, the SpringFestival can promote the harmonious interpersonal relationship and express individual talent andvalue. Besides, it can show and sublimate personal feelings. And the object of this project is toexpand the functions of the Spring Festival from time and space levels with using the evolutionarydynamics of itself, leading the folk custom rheological actively.
