长链非编码RNA作为诊断前列腺癌的标志物的现状 被引量:9

摘要 前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)是目前诊断前列腺癌最常用的指标。然而,当PSA处于灰区(4--10 ng/ml)时,它则缺少足够的敏感性与特异性,给诊断带来了困难。因此,需要一种新的肿瘤标志物来弥补PSA的这一缺陷。最近,随着基因相关技术的发展,长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)有可能成为新的诊断前列腺癌的标志物。它们在基因的转录,转录后以及基因调控的表观遗传学上都有着不同的功能,因此它们在肿瘤的发生与发展中扮演了重要的角色。在前列腺癌中,已经有越来越多的lnc RNA的异常表达被检测出。由于这些lnc RNA独特的性质,也许会带来一些新的无创而高效的检测前列腺癌的方法。它们中的一些,像是PCA3和MALAT-1都已经投入临床的使用,而其他更多的则还处于基础研究中。相比PSA,一些lnc RNA已经被证实了在某些情况下具备对前列腺癌更强的诊断效能。而随着认识的逐渐加深与技术的持续发展,lnc RNA有可能在未来成为替代PSA的检测前列腺癌的更好的标志物。
