摘要
随着玄武岩纤维在沥青混合料中推广使用,其种类的选择将直接影响了沥青路面的使用性能和使用寿命。试验研究以SMA-13沥青混合料目标配合比设计为基础,对同一级配不同纤维种类的沥青混合料进行对比试验分析;选取浙江石金膨化玄武岩纤维(GBF)和长沙北美孚玄武岩纤维(BMF)2种玄武岩矿物纤维,分别对掺量0.2%、0.3%和0.4%确定最佳油石比并进行浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂、车辙等试验。试验分析结果表明:GBF、BMF最佳纤维掺量分别为0.3%、0.30%;对应最佳油石比分别为6.2%、6.0%;对应动稳定度分别为9 104次/mm、8 508次/mm。综合比较而言,BMF要略优于GBF。
With basalt fiber's popular used in the asphalt mixture,the fiber's choice will directly influence the asphalt pavement's using performance and service life. The experimental research is based on SMA-13 mixture ratio design of the target and analysis the contrast test on the asphalt mixture with the same grading and the different fiber's type; Zhejiang puffed GBF and Changsha BMF basalt fiber with dosage of 0. 2% 、0. 3% and 0. 4% are selected to the experiment of Marshall immersion and Freeze-thaw splitting and Rutting after the optimal asphalt aggregate ratio's determination. The results showed that: the optimal dosage of GBF and BMF is 0. 3% and 0. 3%,respectively; its relevant optimal asphalt aggregate ratio is 6. 2% and 6. 0%,respectively; its relevant dynamic stability is 9104 times per millimeter and8508 times per millimeter,respectively. In general,BMF is slightly better than GBF.
