热拌与温拌再生沥青混合料使用性能比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了对比分析热拌与温拌再生沥青混合料使用性能,开展了不同RAP掺量的热拌与温拌再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性、抗压回弹模量及劈裂强度等使用性能试验。试验结果表明:与热拌再生沥青混合料相比,温拌的高温性能优势明显,但低温抗裂性能略差,且随RAP掺量的增加,无论是热拌还是温拌,其高温性能均提高显著,而其低温抗裂性能却不断降低;两种混合料的15℃和20℃抗压回弹模量与15℃劈裂抗拉强度均随RAP掺量的增加而增大,相同RAP掺量下,热拌值略大于温拌值。总之,除低温抗裂性随RAP掺量的增加稍减小外,其它各项性能指标均有不同程度地提高。 In order to compare the performances of hot-mix and warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture,the tests on high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance,water stability,compression rebound modulus and splitting tensile strength of these two recycled asphalt mixtures with different RAP contents are carried out. The results indicate that the high temperature stability of warm-mix recycled mixture is obviously better but the low temperature cracking resistance is slightly lower than that of hotmix recycled mixture. The high temperature stability for hot-mix and warm-mix recycled mixtures all greatly increase with the RAP content increasing,but the low temperature cracking resistance all constantly reduce. The compression rebound modulus at 15 ℃ and 20 ℃ and splitting tensile strength at 15 ℃are increasing with the increase in RAP content for both mixtures. The values of hot-mix recycled mixture are slightly higher than that of warm-mix recycled mixture for the same RAP content. In a word,besides the low temperature cracking resistance reduces slightly with the increasing in RAP content,the other performances are all improved at different degree.
