摘要
研究香蕉皮不溶性膳食纤维在模拟人体胃、肠环境下对Cd2+的吸附,考察了干燥方式、粒径、添加量和时间对香蕉皮不溶性膳食纤维吸附Cd2+的影响.结果表明,Cd2+在肠环境中的吸附效果要好于胃,冷冻干燥法获得的不溶性膳食纤维吸附效果更好;不溶性膳食纤维粒径越小,对Cd2+的吸附量越大;最佳的不溶性膳食纤维添加量为0.5g;随着吸附时间的延长,Cd2+吸附量越大,在模拟胃、肠环境下达到平衡的时间分别为5h,7h.
In order to study the Cd2+adsorption by insoluble dietary fiber of banana peel in imitative stomach and intestines environment, the different conditions like drying method, particle size, fiber dose and time of adsorption was studied using vitro test. The results showed that the absorption in the stomach environment was better than the intestine environment.Besides, the insoluble dietary fiber obtained by vacuum freeze drying method was better the other. It was also found that the adsorption quantity of Cd2+was increased while the particle size of the insoluble dietary fiber of banana peels was decreased.The maximum Cd2+adsorption efficiency was achieved at a 0.5g addition level of the insoluble dietary fiber. In addition, it was increased with the time and tended to be stable at 5h in imitative stomach environment but 7h in the imitative intestine condition.
