摘要
随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,民营医院在近30年里得到了持续快速的发展。在这一过程中,民营医院存在着诸多挑战和机遇。结合自身的管理经验,存在5个方面问题:1.缺乏科学有效的管理;2.人才缺乏,培养困难;3.行业自律不足;4.政府政策不到位;5.社会偏见。归纳4个方面:1.政府政策支持;2.民营医院要确实加强内功修炼;3.建立行之有效的人才激励机制;4.民营医院的有效“策划”。通过处理好我们所面临的挑战,应用上述对策,民营医院的发展将步人又一个春天。
With the deepening of medical system reform in China, private hospitals have developed rapidly in the past 30 years. During this process, private hospitals faced quite a few challenges and opportunities. Based on author's own professional experiences, the paper concludes the following five challenges for private hospitals: lack of scientific management system; lack of talents and proper training; insufficient industry self-discipline; lack of policy support compared with state-owned hospitals; and social bias. Therefore, the author summarizes four possible ways to solve the problems: to earn policy support; to establish scien- tific management system; to set up feasible incentives; to implement effective marketing. To sum up, private hospitals will enter another boom if to handle the challenges appropriately and implement the solutions.
