内镜在胆胰系统疾病诊治中的应用

Endoscopic application in diagnosis and treatment of disease in bile pancreatic system

随着人们生活水平的提高，微创、快速康复的医疗理念逐渐深入人心。自从1968年内镜下逆行胆胰管造影术（ERCP）问世以来，尤其是1974年内镜下乳头括约肌切开术（EST）的临床应用，ERCP已成为临床诊断和治疗胆胰疾病的重要手段，近年来，胆道镜、胆道母子镜以及超声内镜在胆胰系统疾病中的应用也日益广泛，以上技术在临床上联合应用、相互补充，进一步确定了内镜在胆胰系统疾病中诊断及治疗中难以取代的巨大作用。本文将简述内镜在胆胰系统疾病诊治中的应用现状。

As people＇s living standard has risen, the medical concept of minimally invasive and quick recovery has become more popular. Since Encoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography （ERCP） was used in 1968, especially the clinical use of endoscopic papillary sphincterotomy（EST） in 1974, ERCP has become an important method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of biliary pancreatic diseases. In recent years, the new technology of choledochoscope, biliary mother mirror as well as the endoscop- ic ultrasonography have been widely used in the bile pancreatic system diseases, which has set the irreplaceable role of the en- doscopy in diagnosis and treatment of bile pancreatic system diseases. This article reviews the present application situation of the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for bile pancreatic system disease.
