蛋白质组学在肝损伤研究中的应用进展

摘要 肝损伤的原因是多样的,包括:药源性肝损伤、酒精性肝损伤、四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤等,其鉴定较为复杂。蛋白质组学从蛋白质分子水平进行判定这一特性,对于不同类型的肝损伤可以很好的进行鉴定,并且可以提供药物靶向治疗依据。因此,蛋白质组学在肝损伤诊断治疗领域已经有了长足的发展和应用。本文综述了蛋白质组学的学科特点以及在肝损伤诊疗中的结合和应用,并对其发展前景进行展望。 The causes of liver injury were various, including drug, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride (CCL) and other factors. It is much complicated to identify. Proteomics can identify the type of liver injury according to protein molecule and supply drug targeting treatment scheme. Therefore, it has been applied in liver injury diagnosis and treatment extensively and positively. The paper reviews the features of proteomies and its combined application in diagnosis of liver injury, and prospects its development.
