摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,关中地区作为陕西省的核心发展地区,其水资源短缺问题日趋严峻.由于资源性缺水、工程性缺水、水质性缺水问题的交互影响,导致关中地区用水紧张.通过Mann-Kendall检验,对关中地区1951—2013年的降水变化趋势和突变特征进行了详细的分析.发现:自1951年起降水量在波动中基本呈现减少趋势;关中地区的降水丰水年与枯水年交替出现,但降水量无论是上升还是下降,趋势都不显著.
With the rapid development of social economy,Guanzhong area as a core development area of Shaanxi Province,the problem of water resources is becoming more and more serious. Due to the interaction between water resources and the problems of engineering and the qualified water shortage,the water use of Guanzhong area is stressed. In this paper,we analyzed the changing tendency of precipitation and the jump features in Guanzhong area from 1951 to 2013 by Mann-Kendall test. These characteristics are found that the precipitation with the fluctuation characteristics has the decreasing tendency since 1951,the high flow years and low flow years of precipitation alternatively appear in Guanzhong area,but the uptrend and the downtrend are not obvious.
