铜基纤维、壳聚糖和透明质酸在治疗糖尿病足溃疡方面的研究

Research of Copper Ion Fiber,Chitosan and Hyaluronic Acid on the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

糖尿病足溃疡作为糖尿病的一项严重并发症,发病率急速升高。由于糖尿病足溃疡具有很高的致残性,因此研究开发有效的治疗手段迫在眉脻。铜基纤维制品可以有效地阻止糖尿病足患者伤口感染,皮肤开裂,促进溃疡的愈合;壳聚糖对金属离子具有很好的螯合作用,可能会提高金属基纤维的耐水洗性能;透明质酸参与伤口愈合的整个过程,可以促进伤口的愈合,对治疗糖尿病足溃疡有良好的效果。主要介绍了糖尿病足的发病原因,论述了国内外治疗糖尿病足溃疡的现状,阐述了铜基纤维、壳聚糖和透明质酸在治疗糖尿病足方面的研究。

The incidence rate of diabetic foot ulcer which was a serious complication of diabetes was increasing rapidly. It is urgent to search an effective treatment for diabetic foot ulcers because of its high disability. Copper ion fiber products can effectively prevent the wound from infecting and cracking of the skin and promote the healing of ulcers; chitosan has a good potential to promote the chelation of metal ions, which may improve the water resistance of the metal ion fiber; hyaluronic acid participates in the process of wound healing and promotes its heal which may has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. The causes of diabetic foot ulcers and the current situation of the treatment of it at home and abroad were described and the research of the copper ion fiber, chitosan and hyaluronic acid on the treatment of diabetic foot was elaborated.
