摘要 针对四川石化乙烯装置在原始开工过程中蒸汽凝液系统发生频繁而明显的水击现象,结合原始开工现场实际情况,合理运用几种方法准确快速的查找出水击发生的原因,节约了开工时间,保证了凝液系统的平稳运行。安全稳妥的处理方法较好解决了凝液系统的水击现象,防止了因管道水击而造成管道、管道附件及设备的损坏,人员伤亡事故的发生。 To reduce the water hammer phenomenon in the steam condensate system of the ethylene plant at PetroC hina Sichuan Petrochemical Company during initial start-up, some methods were reasonably used to find the reasons for water hammer based on the actual situations on site. Time was saved and stable operation of the condensate system was guaranteed. The safe and secure solutions effectively solved the problem of water hammer,protected the pipe,pipe accessories and equipment from being damaged by water hammer,and avoided casualties.
