摘要
武汉800 kt/a乙烯装置是国内首套全面采用国产化技术与装备的乙烯装置,其中8台裂解炉全部采用中国石化CBL技术进行设计。简要介绍了裂解炉炉区及裂解炉的设计:包括裂解炉的整体方案、辐射段及对流段方案、裂解炉供热方案、急冷系统及裂解炉关键单元设备的设计。最后介绍了裂解炉的运行情况及考核结果。
The 800 kt / a ethylene plant in Wuhan is the first ethylene plant in China to use Chinese technology,and Sinopec CBL technology is used in the design of eight cracking furnaces in the ethylene plant.This paper briefly introduces the design of cracking furnace,including the overall scheme of the cracking furnace,the design of radiation section and convection section,the combustion system,the TLE system and the design of critical equipment,and also introduces the operation and assessment results of the cracking furnace.
