从“冷战”角度谈体育与政治的关系

On the Relationship between Sports and Politics with Reference to the Cold War

体育和政治的关系问题历来受到社会各界的争论,无论是倡导"体育为政治服务"还是"体育政治互动"论者都承认两者间的必然关系。在"冷战"时代,体育政治化是贯穿两者关系的历史主线,该时期体育全方位服务于政治,体育具有政治象征性,甚至完全融入政治,当然也一定程度上促进国际关系的改善。我国应总结好这些经验教训,做到克服"冷战"时各国举国体制的弊端,处理好群众体育和竞技体育的关系,促进体育和政治双向互动,并且使体育交流更好地成为外交手段,从而发展好我国的体育事业,促进我国国际地位的提升。

The relationship between sports and politics has always been the argument of the community. No matter whether it is to promote ＂ sports for politics＂ or ＂ sports interacting with politics＂,commentators acknowledge the inevitable relationship between the two. The politicization of sports was the consistent thread throughout the history of their relationship in the Cold War era,when sports served politics completely,sports symbolized politics,and even was fully integrated into politics. It certainly contributed to the improvement of international relations to some degree. China should sum up the lessons,so to overcome the shortcomings of the national system of each country in the Cold War,handling the relationship between mass sports and competitive sports well,promoting the two- way interaction of sports and politics,and making the sports exchange better diplomacy,and to develop China＇s sports career and promote the upgrading of China＇s international status.
