摘要
文章旨在探讨高校体育教师工作压力与教学效能之现状与关系,以及体育教师工作压力对于其教学效能之预测力。通过问卷调查法,对所得资料进行统计分析后,得出结论:高校体育教师所知觉的工作压力属中上程度,其自评之教学效能为中上程度;不同教龄与是否兼任行政职务的体育教师,所知觉的工作压力有显著差异;不同教龄与教育程度的体育教师,在教学效能的部分层面有显著差异;高校体育教师的工作压力与教学效能呈显著负相关,且体育教师的工作压力对于其整体教学效能具有预测力。文章由此提出了相关建议。
This paper aims to explore the situation and relationship of College PE teachers' job stress and teaching efficacy,and the predictive power of the former to the latter. By using the questionnaire survey method,the following conclusion is drawn: the college P. E. teachers' perceived work stress is on the level above average,the teaching effectiveness self- evaluated is also above average; job stresses perceived by sports teachers of different seniorities and administrative duties have significant differences; sports teachers in different years of teaching and with different education degree shows significant differences in some level of teaching efficacy; there are significant negative correlation between work stress and teaching efficacy of college PE teachers,and PE teachers' working stress could predict the overall teaching efficacy. Therefore,the paper puts forwards some suggestions.
