中小学课外活动中的俱乐部模式研究

Research on the Club Mode in Primary and Middle School Extra-curricular Activities

在中小学课外活动实施体育俱乐部模式可以培养学生兴趣、培养学生终身体育锻炼的意识、为国家输送后备人才,提高运动技能水平等,文章分析了我国与日德等国外实施俱乐部的现状,发现我国现行的学校体育俱乐部存在的一些问题,借鉴国外的成功经验,从宣传、管理、师资、经费、内容五个方面提出了建设好俱乐部的具体措施,为我国中小学课外活动实施俱乐部模式的发展提出一种新的思路。

The implementation of extra- curricular activities sports club mode can help arouse students＇ interest,develop their awareness of lifelong physical exercise,improve athletic skills,and reserve personnel for the country.Compared with Japan and Germany and other foreign countries,in China there remain some problems in the existing school sports clubs. By learning the successful experience from foreign countries,specific measures to establish a good club,which provide a new way of thinking about the development of carrying out extra- curricular activities in China＇s primary and secondary clubs,are put forward from the five aspects of propaganda,administration,faculty,funding and content.
