建立与高职教育相衔接的四川省中职师资分段式培养体系研究

摘要 参照发达国家职教师资培养的经验,结合四川省中职师资存在着数量严重不足、结构失衡等突出问题,提出了建立开放型培养主体,通过与高等职业教育相互衔接,按照专业性+技术性+师范性教育的分段培养方式来构建中职师资培养体系。 Referring developed vocational teacher training experience and combined with the serious problems in secondary vocational teachers of Sichuan Province such as serious insufficiency of teachers' number and the structural imbalance,this paper proposes establishing an open traing subject. According to the sectional traning way of professional +technology + normal education and through the connection with higher vocational education,secondary vocational teachers' traning system is constructed.
