幼儿园园长婚姻质量对其心理健康水平的影响研究

Study of Prescool Principals' Marital Quality's Influence on Their Mental Health

为了评定幼儿园园长的心理健康状况及其婚姻质量,采取整群抽取四川省2014年国培参培园长99名为调查对象进行SCL—90测试和Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定。结果发现:有31.3%的园长存在心理障碍,主要表现在敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性四个因子方面的健康水平明显低于全国成人水平;有37.5%的园长婚姻质量处于不理想状态;园长心理健康状况与其婚姻调适量表中的13个因子存在显著性正相关(p<0.05或p<0.01)。通过逐步回归分析进一步发现:对园长心理健康有重要影响的婚姻调适因子有感情表示的意见一致性程度、如果再重新生活一次选择配偶的态度、夫妻对待朋友的意见一致性程度和性生活意见一致性程度。

In order to assess the condition of preschool principals＇ mental health and their marital quality,this paper tested 99 preschool principals joining in National Trainning Plan in 2014 in Sichuan Province with SCL- 90 Scale Test and Locke- Wallace Marital Adjustment Test. It is dicovered that 31. 3% of the preschool principals have psychological barriers,especially in hostility,terror,paranoia,psychotic,37. 5% of the preschool principals are unsatisfied with their marriage,and there is a significant positive correlation between the mental health status and 13 items among marital adjustment test（ p 0. 05 or p 0. 01）. It is further dicovered by stepwise regression analysis that marital adjustment factors have significant influence on principals＇ mental health,including the degree of consensus about feeling showing,the attitude of rechoosing the spouse,the degree of consensus about treating friend and sex life.
