摘要
采用社会调查、文献调查等方法,利用图表深入分析成都市城乡医疗保障制度现状。调查发现当前成都市城乡医疗保障体系还存在城乡二元结构特征明显、报销比例差异大、监管机制不健全等问题。根据研究发现的问题提出六点建议,以期完善城乡医疗保障体系。
By use of social investigation and literature review,this paper analyzes the current situation of urban- rural medical security system of Chengdu City by figures. The results show the problems such as distinct characteristics of urban- rurual dual structure,great difference in the proportion of reimbursement and imperfect supervision mechanism.Six suggestions are proposed in order to perfect the urban- rural medical security system.
