Industrial structure theory and lifelong le arning theory indicate that China＇s education needs to constructa modern vocational education system for the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education and lifelong education. By taking the construction of vocational education system of Yunnan printing industry as an example, the paper analyzes its construction principle,structural model and cohesive technological measure.
