摘要
在高等院校的生物类专业中生物化学是一门非常重要的基础课程。为提高教学质量,将PBL教学法应用于生物化学教学实践中,发现通过PBL运用可使学生更好地掌握生物化学相关的基础知识,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,更好的达到教学目标与要求。我们的教学实践证明PBL教学是适合我国高等院校创新人才培养的良好教学模式之一,值得推广应用。
Biochemistryis an important basic course for Biology majors in colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of teaching,the authors adopted the problem-based learning(PBL)approach in their teaching practice of the course Biochemistryand found that PBL helped to improve students' understanding of the basic knowledge concerning biochemistry and promote their abilities of analyzing data and solving problems,thus better realizing the requirements of this course.In conclusion,PBL is a good educational model for innovative personnel training and is,therefore,recommended for extension.
