摘要
目的探讨经气管镜引导下高频电凝术、氩等离子凝固术、冷冻方法在解除恶性肿瘤导致的气道狭窄的疗效以及安全性。方法回顾性分析经支气管镜应用高频电凝术、氩等离子凝固术、冷冻方法治疗65例病理确诊的恶性肿瘤所致气道狭窄患者的临床资料。结果 65例患者共行高频电治疗155次,氩等离子凝固术49次,冷冻16次。临床评价完全有效5例、部分有效46例、轻度有效14例,无效0例。治疗前后气促指数评分有统计学差异(t=11.52,P=0.00)。结论经气管镜引导下介入治疗恶性肿瘤导致的气道狭窄安全有效。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of high-frequency electrocision, argon plasma coagulation (APC) and freezing technique via bronchoscope in the treatment of airway obstruction caused by malignant tumor. Methods The clinical features of 65 cases of pathology proved malignant tumor with airway ob-struction were retrospectively analyzed. The effect and safety of therapy via bronchoscope were evaluated. Results 65 patients were treated 155 times by high-frequency electrocision, 49 times by APC, 16 times by freezing technique. Full effectiveness was achieved in 5 patients, partial in 46 patients, and mild in14 patients. All the patients received significant amelioration in tachypnea index (t = 11. 52, P = 0. 00). Conclusion The therapy via bronchoscope is a safe and effective way in the palliative treatment of malignant tumor.
