胸腺五肽治疗初治肺结核的临床研究

Influence of thymopentin on related indicators in the treatment of initial-treated tuberculosis

目的探讨胸腺五肽治疗初治肺结核及对患者相关指标的影响。方法将我院收治的初治肺结核患者随机分为两组,两组均给予常规化疗,观察组在此基础上加用胸腺五肽,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月的阴转率分别为70.89%、81.01%、96.20%、100%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组空洞闭合情况、肺功能、T细胞亚群均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽治疗初治肺结核疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the influence of thymopentin on related indicators in the treatment of initial-treated tuberculosis. Methods Patients with initial-treated tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. All of them were given conventional chemotherapy, and the observation group were given thymopentin. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The negative conversion rate of the observation group was 70. 89% , 81.01% , 96. 20% and 100% respectively 1,2, 3 and 6 months after the treatment, which were sig- nificantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The situation of cavity closure, lung function and T cell subsets after the treatment was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Thymopentin has significant curative effect in the treatment of initial-treated tuberculosis.
