我国医院品管圈主题选定存在的问题及其对策

Problems and solutions of theme selection of Chinese hospital quality control circle

采用案例分析和问卷调查的方法,对我国医院品管圈主题选定现状进行调查分析,发现我国医院品管圈常用的主题选定方法为评价法,当前使用中常见有评价维度定义欠准确;评价关键维度缺失;评价维度缺乏权重;主题选定具有圈内局限性等问题,针对以上问题,提出调整"评价法"所用维度、完善维度间的权重、建立圈外参与机制等方面的建议。

Based on the case analysis and questionnaire survey, this research finds out that the majority of Chinese hospitals use evaluation method to choose the theme of quality control circle. Problems of the existing way of using evaluation method includes definitions of some evaluation dimensionalities are lack of accuracy, some of key evaluation dimensionalities are missing, there is no weight among different evaluation dimensionalities, only the inside QCC members participate in the theme selection. To solve those problems, suggestions include adjusting the evaluation dimensionalities, completing the weight of evaluation dimensionalities and establishing the mechanism of outside participation are proposed.
